Cases of COVID-19 are rapidly rising in many locations around the world. One way some governments have decided to handle this is by implementing face mask mandates. In many places, it is now mandatory to wear a face mask in public or when you go shopping. However, some people are rebelling against this mandate.
Reasons people give for rebelling against face mask mandates include: face masks are ineffective. Wearing a face mask demonstrates a lack of faith in God’s promise to protect us. Face mask mandates are part of a global conspiracy by the “elites” to gain more control over us by getting us to forfeit our rights; and face mask mandates are conditioning us for the mark of the beast.
